I was diagnosed with a retinal detachment in my right eye. I was referred swiftly and my sight was saved. The service and care I received was exemplary. I can't thank the staff enough.

After being let down and disappointed by several other opticians, we finally found a professional who understands the problems in finding suitably fitting children's glasses and who takes care to make sure they fit well.

Exceptional Optians, a very different experience to specsavers - just a shame it took us this long to find them!
We now always have perfectly fitted glasses rather than the novelty designs sold to us at soecsavers - which the othopist at the hospital had advised not to get again hence finding this special place.
We always feel like VIPs, the staff truly care and always remember previous conversations with the children and they have gone out of thier way to fit my children’s glasses at our home as the dispensing optician wasn’t available on the Saturday we required.

Am really paranoid about my eyes and had left it far too long to get an up to date eye test. After a lot of badgering from my mother partner, who are both valued customers @ TE for many years I eventually bit the bullet. From the moment I walked thru the door I was made to feel at ease from the receptionist right thru to the eye specialists who were very thorough and professional. Would 100% defo recommend 😁👍

Great service, especially during covid with the health and safety measures.
Haroon is the best optometrist I've seen, he identified my astigmatism and found a birth mark at the back of my eye - neither of which have ever been found by other opticians.
You certainly get what you pay for. Far from the conveyor belt, careless treatment and pushy selling you get at cheaper chain opticians!

Entire family come here for their eye tests because we know we are in really good hands. I've had appalling experiences at the high street optometrists in Blackburn who've done a shoddy job of refracting or try and push a new uneeded prescription on you. You don't get that here. The entire team is great. My mum, brother and I had our eye tests done this past week. Ann is always so helpful on the phone, Usman is friendly and efficient and does a great job with the scans and Maria took so much time out to explain fatigue adapted lenses for my brother. Haroon is a fantastic optomestrist - really knowledgeable and approachable and does a thorough examination. Highly recommend you come here.
